Sublime Vinyl Records

Sublime was an American ska-punk band from Long Beach, California, formed in 1988. The band consisted of lead vocalist and guitarist Bradley Nowell, guitarist and vocalist Eric Wilson, and drummer Bud Gaugh. Known for their energetic live performances, Sublime's music blended elements of punk rock, reggae, and ska with witty lyrics that often focused on themes of love, social issues, and personal struggles.

Sublime released three studio albums during the 1990s: "40oz. to Freedom" (1992), "Robbin' the Hood" (1994), and "311" (1999). The band's music gained a significant following in Southern California and eventually spread nationwide, with hits like "What I Got," "Santeria," and "Wrong Way" becoming staples of alternative rock radio. Despite their growing popularity, Sublime's time together was cut short when Bradley Nowell passed away in 1996.

In the years following Nowell's death, Sublime's music continued to gain traction, with fans of all ages discovering and embracing the band's unique sound. In 2009, a greatest hits collection called "Sirens of Time" was released, featuring re-recorded tracks and new material. The album debuted at number 21 on the US Billboard 200 chart and solidified Sublime's status as a beloved and enduring rock band.
