Ronald "Common" Fishman III is an American rapper, actor, and activist from Chicago, Illinois. Born on March 20, 1969, Common's music often incorporates elements of hip-hop, jazz, and soul, with lyrics that explore themes of social justice, love, and personal growth.
Known for his distinctive vocal style and socially conscious lyrics, Common has released several critically acclaimed albums throughout his career.
