Behemoth Vinyl Records

Formed in 1991 in Warsaw, Poland, Behemoth is a pioneering blackened death metal band known for their intense and complex sound, which blends elements of black metal, death metal, and classical music. With a distinctive blend of growls, screams, and operatic vocals, the band's music is characterized by its dark, atmospheric quality and Nergal's (the lead vocalist) poetic lyrics.

Behemoth has released 12 full-length albums to date, including their debut "Pagan" in 1999, which marked a significant departure from the traditional Polish metal scene. Their subsequent albums, such as "Thelema.6" and "Chaoslech", further cemented their reputation as one of the most innovative and influential bands in the extreme metal genre.

Throughout their career, Behemoth has undergone several lineup changes, with Nergal being the only constant member. Despite this, the band's music has remained consistently strong, with their 2008 album "The Satanist" receiving widespread critical acclaim and their 2014 album "The Satanist" debuting at number one on the US Hard Rock chart.
