Stratovarius Vinyl Records

Formed in 1982 in Helsinki, Finland, Stratovarius is a power metal band known for their fast-paced and melodic songs, often incorporating keyboards into their sound. The band's early work was characterized by its raw, heavy sound, but as the years went on, they developed a more refined and polished style.

Throughout their career, Stratovarius has undergone several lineup changes, with guitarist Timo Tolkki being the only constant member. Despite these changes, the band has continued to produce high-quality music, including their critically-acclaimed albums "Fourth Dimension" and "Episode".

In 2013, Stratovarius announced that they would be going on hiatus due to creative differences and exhaustion from years of touring. However, in 2020, the band reunited and released a new album, "Survive the Vortex", which marked their first new material in over six years.
