The Knack Vinyl Records

The Knack was an American rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1964 by guitarists Jack Scott and Bruce Johnston. Initially, they were a folk-rock trio with a distinctive sound that blended elements of folk, rock, and pop music.

After releasing several singles, including their biggest hit "My Heart" which reached number 14 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1965, the band underwent some changes. In 1966, Johnston left the group and was replaced by guitarist Larry Tamblyn, and the band's sound shifted towards a more psychedelic and garage rock style.

The Knack disbanded in the early 1970s but their music continued to influence many bands that followed, including punk rock pioneers such as The Ramones. Despite their relatively short-lived career, they left an indelible mark on the development of rock music and remain a beloved and influential band among fans of the genre.
